Location: Torched Bar & Grill, Surfside, Cape Coral, FL
Call Time: 4:30 PM (Competition starts at 6:00 PM)

• Signature Cocktail Recipe: Bring the name, ingredients with exact measurements, and a short description/inspiration.
• Specialty Ingredients: Bring your own syrups, garnishes, bitters, or uncommon spirits.
• Bar Tools: Optional. You may bring your own jiggers, shakers, strainers, etc. House tools are available.
• Presentation Items: Optional custom glassware, garnish displays, or flair elements.
• Uniform/Outfit: Wear branded attire or your unique bartender persona look. Red Bull shirts (if provided) are optional.
• Music Cue (Optional): Up to 60 seconds on USB or phone clearly labeled for your performance round.

📋 Competition Rules & Judging Criteria

Eligibility:

• Must be 21+ and actively working as a bartender or barback.
• Max 2 contestants per bar establishment.
• Must pre-register and confirm 48 hours before the event.

Competition Format:

• Round 1: Signature cocktail presentation (max 5 minutes)
• Round 2: Optional challenge (speed or mystery ingredient – 3 minutes)

Scoring (100 Points Total):

Disqualification Criteria:

• Unsanitary practices
• Overpouring, excessive spillage
• Intoxication before or during performance
• Using unapproved ingredients

Judging Process:

• Scored live by industry professionals using standardized cards
• Ties resolved with a sudden-death challenge round

Prizes:

• 1st Place: Trophy, cash prize, Red Bull gear, media feature
• 2nd Place: Cash prize + sponsor products
• 3rd Place: Swag + Red Bull bundle
